We are searching for an exceptional
Senior Executive Assistant
to be a partner to our Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President, Global Customer Success and Professional Services. A Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support, managing the executive’s schedule, travel, and communications, while also acting as a liaison between the executive and other teams. Hybrid Seattle or Atlanta or remote within the US. Your Daily Adventures Will Include Calendar Management: Manage daily calendars and executive travel - solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative and team-oriented manner Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and tracking action items Event Planning: Spearhead planning for some of our larger sales & marketing events (e.g., President’s Club, Sales Kick-Off) Operational Support: Communicate directly and on behalf of the Sales & Marketing teams both internally and externally (VIP stakeholders including customers, executive staff, vendors, and company-wide communications) Work with C-level leaders and tenured GTM teams on business rhythms and events Project Management: Execute special projects and project manage events, effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and managing deadline pressures while providing proactive updates Anticipate the CRO's needs, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement Triage: Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine levels of urgency and the appropriate courses of action in collaboration with other EAs and executive staff Data Management: Maintaining records and files, including confidential information, and managing CRM data Expense Management: Processing and reconciling expenses accurately Conflict Resolution: Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers Budget & Procurement: Assist with expense reports, budgeting, & potentially procurement Our Vision Of You Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment Great Communicator: You have the ability to write and communicate on behalf of leadership showing exceptional writing and verbal communication skills Go-Getter: You’re eager, resourceful, and constantly put your problem-solving skills to the test Quick: Energetic is your baseline and you’re a fast learner.
