We are searching for an exceptional
Executive Assistant
to support
four senior sales leaders
that report to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support, managing schedules, travel, and communications, while also acting as a liaison with other leaders and teams. This role will work closely with our Sr. Executive Assistant who supports the CRO and will report directly to our Chief of Staff for the Sales organization. Open to remote in the United States with travel when required. Atlanta and Seattle are preferred as we have offices in these locations. Your Daily Adventures Include
Calendar Management: Manage daily calendars and travel, solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative and team-oriented manner Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and track action items Operational Support: Communicate directly and on behalf of Sales Leadership with internal and external stakeholders (VIP customers, executive staff, vendors, and company-wide communications) Coordinate with the Sr. EA to the CRO to support C-level leaders and teams on business rhythms and events Project Management: With direction from the Chief of Staff, execute special projects and help manage events, partnering with other EAs and cross-functional teams Operational Efficiency: Anticipate leaders\' needs, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement Triage: Assess incoming issues to determine urgency and appropriate action in collaboration with other EAs Data Management: Maintain records and files, including confidential information, and manage CRM data Expense Management: Process and reconcile expenses accurately Conflict Resolution: Prioritize conflicting needs and follow through expeditiously Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with other EAs, executive staff, and the leaders this role supports Our Vision of You
3+ years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant supporting sales leaders in a fast-paced, tech environment Great Communicator: ability to write and communicate on behalf of leadership with exceptional writing and verbal skills Go-Getter: resourceful and proactive in problem solving Quick: energetic, fast learner with a strong sense of urgency and exceptional follow-through Team Player: able to influence outcomes and work independently or as part of a team Super Organized: strong organizational skills and attention to detail Tech Savvy: proficient with the latest tools and curious about the tech industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & other relevant software BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Experience working with Sales Leaders is required Compensation : $70,000 - $100,000 base salary. The base salary range for this role is $70,000-$110,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
