Overview
This Executive Assistant role supports four senior sales leaders reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). It involves high-level administrative and operational support, managing schedules, travel, and communications, and acting as a liaison with other leaders and teams. The role reports to the Chief of Staff for the Sales organization and works closely with the Sr. Executive Assistant for the CRO. Location: Open to remote in the United States with travel as needed; Atlanta and Seattle preferred as there are offices there. Base pay

Calendar Management: Manage daily calendars and travel, solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative, team-oriented manner Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, minutes, and track action items Operational Support: Communicate directly and on behalf of Sales Leadership with internal and external stakeholders (VIP customers, executive staff, vendors, and company-wide communications) Support for CRO-related initiatives: Work with the Sr. EA to support C-level leaders and tenured teams on business rhythms and events Project Management: Execute special projects and help manage events with direction from the Chief of Staff, partnering with other EAs and cross-functional teams Process Improvement: Anticipate leaders’ needs, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement Triage: Serve as a barometer for incoming issues, determining urgency and appropriate action in collaboration with other EAs Data Management: Maintain records and files, including confidential information, and manage CRM data Expense Management: Process and reconcile expenses accurately Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to establish credibility and trust with other EAs, executive staff, and leaders this role supports Our Vision of You
3+ years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant supporting sales leaders in a fast-paced, tech environment Great Communicator: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills for representing leadership Go-Getter: Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities Quick: Energetic, fast learner with a strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-through Team Player: Able to influence outcomes and work independently or as part of a team Super Organized: Superior organizational aptitude and attention to detail with flexibility Tech Savvy: Comfortable with the latest tools and a curiosity for the tech industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Experience working with Sales Leaders is required Why You’ll Love It Here
