End-to-End Program Ownership: Build and lead a “team of teams,” facilitate cross-functional touchpoints and working sessions, and accelerate decision-making across stakeholders. Integrated Roadmap Delivery: Define and execute the program roadmap from Day 1 readiness through long-term operations, aligning milestones and dependencies. Design Governance: Establish and uphold design principles and guardrails that reduce interim complexity, protect user experience, and ensure compliance. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage risks, issues, and actions to maintain visibility and momentum across all levels of the organization. Executive Communication: Deliver clear, concise updates on status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans—while removing blockers and resolving issues swiftly. Operational Excellence: Implement scalable ways of working (cadence, artifacts, templates, collaboration tools) across internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery against milestones. Program Financial Management: Efficiently manage assigned funding for program execution and follow standard procurement and financial reporting processes throughout the life of the program. Required qualifications
10+ years leading large-scale, multi-workstream IT programs in complex enterprise environments (merger/divestiture or cross-company integrations strongly preferred). Including experience leading large network and infrastructure technology implementation programs. Deep expertise in program methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and portfolio-level planning and risk management. Strong technical foundation in network technologies, including routing, firewall configuration, and bandwidth provisioning; wireless infrastructure; identity and access management (Okta, MFA). Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills; adept at navigating competing priorities and constraints. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program leadership certification. Familiarity with GDPR, SOX, or similar regulatory frameworks and audit-ready design practices. M&A integration experience is a strong plus. Additional details
