What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive project management plan in partnership with key stakeholders
Track project progress, including task completion, milestone achievement, and adherence to timelines
Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor potential risks with real-time alerts for critical issues
Oversee additional projects in support of the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including PMI and agile frameworks
Experience with SAP and prior implementation experience
Strong understanding of multiple project methodologies, including waterfall and agile Scrum
Current U.S. citizenship required for access to specific program information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a matrix and team environment, collaborating across business lines
Hands-on experience in managing business processes related to Record to Report
Ability to guide and influence at multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications
Willingness to travel up to 25% to 40%
