Head of Facilities Management, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $400,000/year USD
Elite operators wanted: Transform 30 empty buildings into thriving schools in 180 days. 2 Hour Learning is executing an ambitious national launch—30 campuses, 6 months, zero room for delay. We need a Head of Facilities Management who can turn blueprints into buildings and checklists into compliant, operational schools on tight deadlines.
This role is about creating facilities, not just maintaining them. You will own the entire facilities lifecycle: acquisition, build-out, compliance, and handover. You will have clear accountability and the resources to deliver.
2 Hour Learning powers educational brands that deliver a year of academic content in just two focused hours daily. Our private equity backing is secure, our model is proven, and now we\'re scaling nationwide. We need infrastructure builders who execute with precision.
What You Will Be Doing
Developing and executing the master facilities plan for 25-30 new campus launches across multiple markets simultaneously
Establishing and managing relationships with real estate partners, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Creating standardized playbooks for facility acquisition, build-out, and compliance that can be replicated at scale
Working directly with founders and functional leads to align facility readiness with operational timelines
Implementing technology solutions to streamline facilities management processes and create visibility across the organization
What You Won’t Be Doing
Maintaining existing facilities—this role focuses on acquisition and launch, not day-to-day operations
Waiting for approvals—you\'ll have decision authority within your domain
Managing a single location or region—your systems will apply nationwide
Following established processes—you\'ll be creating them
Performing theoretical analysis—this is about tangible execution and results
Head Of Facilities Management Key Responsibilities Establish and execute the facilities infrastructure that enables 2 Hour Learning to rapidly scale from concept to 30 operational campuses nationwide, ensuring each location meets regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and operational specifications on schedule.
