NFI, Massachusetts Inc., a nonprofit human service agency, is currently seeking a licensed clinician to serve as

Program Director

of Foundations for Families (FFF), a community-based program based out of Haverhill, MA. FFF provides intensive therapeutic programming to children, adolescents, adults and families. Services are designed to support youth and caregivers in effectively managing emotional, behavioral, mental health, substance use disorders and family dynamics challenges, striving to keep families intact and helping them to live safely and successfully in their homes and communities. FFF is staffed by a highly qualified team of professionals dedicated to providing evidence-based clinical services, including Attachment, Regulation & Competency and High-Fidelity Wraparound. Together we aim to empower all individuals served through identifying and strengthening skills, providing education & coaching, fostering independence, and improving family connections by building strong foundations. The Program Director leads a management team comprised of a clinical director, senior clinician, senior family partner and admissions coordinator, who jointly oversee a staff of family clinicians, case managers, mentors and family partners. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is seeking to develop high level leadership skills in the human service field. NFI is fully accredited and currently engaged in several cutting-edge initiatives and projects including implementation and expansion of evidence-based practice, permanency, paperless electronic health record, efficient delivery of training and strategic planning. The executive and senior team are excited about these projects and are inclusive and supportive of staff at all levels of the organization. FFF is funded by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Department of Mental Health (DMH), and the Community Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI). Responsibilities

Oversee program development, quality improvement and strategic planning. Oversee staff recruitment & retention efforts, provide staff supervision, and evaluate staff performance. Ensure the program’s alignment with agency mission, vision, and values. Attend stakeholder meetings for all geographic regions covered. Develop marketing strategies and material to continuously connect with referral sources and promote services. Communicate with families and funding sources regarding services rendered. Develop & oversee program budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility. Assure contract adherence, quality of care and implementation of best practices. Participate in on-call rotation for families and provide back up on-call consultation for program after hours. Ensure accreditation of program is maintained. Development of and adherence to program and agency policy. Travel as needed. Perform all duties in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures. Qualifications

Must possess a Massachusetts clinical license (LMFT, LMHC or LICSW). Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have two or more years of administrative/program experience including work with non-profit or state human service organizations, fiscal management, administrative functions including supervision of staff, hiring, staff development and evaluation. Familiarity with state human service systems (DCF, DMH, DYS and EEC) and current treatment philosophy and approaches, preferred. Familiarity with CBHI services and third-party reimbursement. Valid driver’s license. Salary

$97,000 - $105,000 annually Benefits
