Extend and maintain the internal A/B testing and metrics platforms for product development Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement new experimentation methodologies Mentor team members and advocate for engineering excellence Identify and translate pain points around data into self-serve solutions Contribute to the development of self-serve tools to enhance data practitioners\' productivity Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of working experience in a similar field or environment Strong knowledge of common data infrastructure technologies (Python, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt) Proficiency in SQL and React Ability to balance urgency with delivering high-quality solutions Experience working with a large codebase on a cross-functional team Preferred Qualifications
