Havas Media North America is seeking a VP of Analytics (CPG) to lead the Analytics Team. The role focuses on client analytics, back-office analytics, and decision modeling, working with diverse data sources to evolve metrics that measure the effectiveness and ROI of activities across campaign types. The VP will act as the client’s primary strategic advisor for analytics, translating data into actionable insights and guiding measurement frameworks, campaign optimization, and business strategy. Base pay range : $185,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr This role requires significant CPG experience and will partner closely with the client to ensure analytics drives decision-making and demonstrates clear impact across initiatives. Responsibilities Lead, develop, and manage all aspects of Client Analytics, back-office analytics, and decision modeling, including report design, data capture development, and implementation processes.

Work with multiple data sources to continuously evolve metrics used to measure effectiveness and ROI for all campaign types.

Act as the client’s primary strategic advisor for analytics, translating complex data into actionable insights and providing strategic recommendations on measurement frameworks and campaign optimization.

Partner with the client to ensure analytics informs decision-making and demonstrates impact across initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop client tools and services (modeling, dashboards, decision aids, business case analysis) to support programs and creative solutions.

Provide specific and actionable recommendations to clients and seek additional engagements.

Develop team structures and resource allocation plans to optimize analytics capabilities.

Manage logistics and operational aspects of the analytics function and drive enterprise-wide collaboration to access information and implement strategies.

Lead operational procedures and project/resource management for the analytics group.

Foster strong relationships with staff, internal partners, and clients; advocate for departmental and organizational vision.

Participate in new business pitches and represent analytics in these discussions.

Promote process and organizational efficiency through automation.

Qualifications 9+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence with a focus on analytics.

Strongly preferred experience at aMedia/Advertising agency.

Proven experience leading a team of 5 or more.

Extensive experience in the digital space.

Ability to lead data workstreams and represent analytics in new business pitches.

Experience providing company-wide points of view and training on emerging technologies and new analytics methodologies.

Act as the primary analytics point of contact for clients, with a deep understanding of data management principles and advanced analytics techniques, including statistical modeling, audience cluster segmentation, and lifetime value analysis.

Capable of contributing expertise and leading efforts in advanced analytics and consumer research.

Track record of implementing operational excellence across multiple analytics functions.
