Position: Associate Recruitment Consultant

On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $80,000 – $100,000 (Uncapped Commission)
About the Role InterEx Group is seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Associate Recruitment Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to launch or accelerate their career in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear progression pathways and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development : Identify and secure new client partnerships through proactive outreach including cold calling, networking, and market mapping.
Client Relationship Management : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored hiring solutions.
Candidate Sourcing : Attract and engage top talent through a variety of sourcing tools including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from initial briefing and candidate sourcing to offer management and post-placement support.
Market Focus : Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise within a specialist technology vertical, such as Data, SAP, or CRM.
Performance & Sales : Consistently meet or exceed individual activity and revenue targets, supported by a structured training and development program.
Negotiation & Closing : Lead offer negotiations and secure successful placements in alignment with client and candidate expectations.
Key Requirements
Full-time availability to work onsite in Edgewater, Miami (Monday to Friday).
Highly motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
Confident communicator with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated resilience and commitment in previous roles or experiences.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
A clear ambition to build a successful career in recruitment and sales.
