Design and execute supply chain strategies that ensure consistent product availability while reducing excess inventory and controlling costs. Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, preventing both shortages and overstock situations. Source and manage suppliers to obtain high-quality products and favourable terms, upholding sustainability standards. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to guarantee dependable production and delivery schedules. Develop and implement processes for precise inventory tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate with major customers and internal teams to align inventory with demand forecasts and order requirements.
