Job Description
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives in the FMCG industry. Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and supplier performance. Manage inventory levels to optimize stock while minimizing waste and costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain operations and align with company goals. Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure reliability and quality in the supply chain. The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of Supply Chain should have:
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. Expertise in procurement, inventory management, and logistics within the FMCG industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments and with external partners. Proficiency in supply chain software and tools. A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. This role is onsite daily in Culver City.
