Hours: 40 hours per week
Period: 10/01/2025 to 09/30/2028

The LCA is available for public inspection at the Legal Affairs Department. Complaints alleging misrepresentations of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
Legal and Compliance Requirements:
At the University's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be accepted where the candidate can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the University, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
