We are a vibrant, busy, and growing full-service law firm and looking to increase its talented ranks of Litigation Attorneys by adding a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 7-10 years to join our growing Litigation department in our White Plains office. Responsibilities
Candidate should have experience in all phases of litigation including but not limited to drafting litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands, taking depositions, conducting research, and appearing in Court. Candidate should also ideally have experience in litigations involving businesses, real property, contract disputes and other general civil and commercial litigation. Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in New York. Licensed to practice in New Jersey. 7-10 years of experience in Litigation. Must be detail- and deadline-oriented. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective manner. Strong oral and written advocacy skills. A writing sample will be requested prior to any interview. Comfortable working with all levels of business professionals, including senior management and all colleagues at other departments in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook This line will be removed; the location is White Plains, NY. Benefits
