Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Engineering Integration and Execution (EI&E) Integration and Infrastructure (I&I) Lead to join the Aeronautics Systems sector in Melbourne, FL. The role supports Agile teams in delivering mission system solutions and interfaces with multiple stakeholders to establish IPT deliverables and Definition of Done parameters. The RTE provides portfolio oversight while collaborating with team members to align with schedule milestones. The position involves working with a matrixed, cross-sector, geographically dispersed team and regularly communicating status to team leads. Please note that this opportunity is contingent on program funding. Start dates are determined after funding confirmation. Responsibilities

Support the EI&E Avionics and Software Director and PEM leads with managing horizontal integration and infrastructure across the program, including discipline metrics development and maintenance. Serve as the primary liaison for Avionics and Software tools and training between discipline, program, and enterprise organizations and other stakeholders. Act as the discipline's primary interface to the Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE). Oversee EI&E Avionics and Software Agile execution; support program onboarding of discipline personnel with front line managers and technical leads. Monitor the development and implementation of new capabilities and features that enhance horizontal integration. Collaborate across teams to identify, assess, establish, and maintain horizontal integration and infrastructure elements. Enable discipline performance across multiple pillars/IPTs with demonstrated leadership and technical proficiency in Agile methodology and Scrum concepts. Apply analytical thinking to solve complex problems, minimize risks, and align decisions with program objectives and business goals. Maintain a strong understanding of program objectives and be able to communicate status to leadership on a regular basis. Basic Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 14 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 12 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Ph.D. in STEM with 9 years of related professional/military experience. Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access required for the position. Knowledge and experience in Agile process execution. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Fisheye, Crucible). Experience designing, developing, integrating, and/or testing hardware and/or software for mission or flight avionics systems for airborne platforms. Preferred Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a close team environment. Experience engaging with internal and external technical and programmatic representatives. Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to assimilate new concepts quickly and work in a self-directed manner. Knowledge of system engineering design methods, including requirements analysis, flow-down, specification derivation, and interface control documentation. Experience leading teams through product definition and implementation. Experience in model-based systems engineering using Cameo or similar SysML tools. Experience in supplier/subcontract management. Additional Information
