: Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans aligned with Board policies. Ability to drive continuous improvement, adapt to evolving educational standards, and inspire/mentor leaders to execute the vision effectively, all within the principles of coherent governance. Community Engagement & Collaboration
: Expertise in fostering strong partnerships with educators, staff, families, community, businesses, and organizations to create a shared vision for educational excellence and transparency while empowering leadership at all levels to engage collaboratively. Student-Focused Leadership
: A commitment to student learning and preparedness through innovative teaching practices, technology integration, and personalized support. The successful candidate must align with the district's "Mega Result" and mission, inspiring a culture of leadership focused on student success. Data-Driven Decision Making
: Skill in using data, including the "College and Career Ready Scorecard," to inform decisions, drive continuous improvement, and measure the impact of strategic initiatives while fostering data literacy and leadership among the administrative team. Ethical and Professional Accountability
: A demonstrated commitment to uphold integrity, maintain high professional standards, and ensure accountability across all levels of the district, while setting a clear example of ethical leadership. Change Management & Adaptability
: Proven ability to effectively manage change, encourage resilience, and navigate challenges within a constantly evolving educational environment. The successful candidate must lead and inspire others to embrace innovation and adapt to new circumstances. Salary projection:
