Superintendent of Warren County Public Schools (WCPS) . The results-oriented Superintendent will serve as a proven forward-thinking, student-oriented, data-driven, instructional leader who is prepared to continue moving WCPS toward instructional excellence and high academic achievement while developing strong relationships throughout the WCPS communities. The candidate should be highly detail-oriented and demonstrate consistent follow-through and must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Warren County Public Schools is composed of eleven schools including five elementary schools, two middle schools, two high schools, a technical center, and a non-traditional school. The candidate will possess experience as a teacher, principal, and district level administrator in a comparable district. Possession of a doctorate or equivalent preferred. Virginia Superintendent certification – or eligibility for it – is required.
