Director of Compensation & Career Architecture
to lead the enterprise-wide transformation of compensation and career frameworks. This role will drive strategic innovation by modernizing legacy systems, embedding predictive analytics, and aligning total rewards with evolving business priorities. Job Title:

$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Compensation:
$135,000 - $160,000 + 15% Bonus Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement a forward-thinking compensation strategy that supports organizational growth, talent retention, and market competitiveness. Lead the design and rollout of global career architecture initiatives, including job family frameworks, career pathing, and progression models. Oversee compensation programs across all business units, with a focus on operational and customer-facing roles. Leverage advanced analytics and dashboarding tools to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Partner cross-functionally with HR, compensation teams, and internal stakeholders to digitize processes and enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance, equity, and continuous improvement across global compensation practices. Present strategic recommendations and program outcomes to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders. Required Qualifications
Minimum
7 years of experience
leading compensation transformation initiatives. Strong executive presence with experience presenting to
C-suite leaders . Deep understanding of compensation analytics, governance, and global program management. Employment details
