In 2017, Greenrise partnered with Boyne Capital, a Miami, FL-based Private Equity firm that seeks to forge lasting and collaborative relationships with companies and support them in achieving their next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer [CFO] is a key partner to the executive leadership team as well as the Board of Directors in the execution of the company’s strategic growth and achievement of financial goals. We are seeking a highly driven professional to integrate the finance / accounting and human resources infrastructure across business units, take a direct approach in leading the daily operations, and collaborate with the functional leaders on developing and executing strategic objectives to position the company for a successful exit. Responsibilities

Act as a key liaison for private equity sponsor Ensure that weekly flash / KPI dashboard is accurately updated, enabling proactive management of the business Manage the finance and accounting function for the business, including tax and treasury Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems Hire, train, develop, and manage the accounting team Oversee the monthly closing process Drive ERP enhancement and integration across acquired entities Participate in add on acquisition due diligence and post-close integration Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual capital and operating budget process in collaboration with other members of the executive team Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial reports Lead external audits Manage key third-party relationships Legal and contract reviews for key financial terms Manage P&C and other insurance programs along with bonding Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting 5 years of audit at a Big 4 national public accounting firm, with 2+ years as manager Proven success as an operationally focused CFO Prior CFO experience in a PE sponsored environment required, including M&A due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and exit / sale process Construction / project accounting and multi-site / state field services is preferred
