Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. We are always moving forward, pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities. The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. We are expanding every day to meet more clients and help solve their most challenging technology problems. Today, we are finding that many of these problems are related to unlocking the full value of the cloud. Most of our customers have moved workloads to the cloud, but they are failing to see the full value for many reasons; they haven’t modernized to take advantage of cloud features, they’ve moved workloads that are more efficiently run on premise, or they’ve discovered workloads that are tricky to move. We are expanding our capability to support these clients, and we need leaders on the team. You will play a key leadership role, identifying cloud modernization opportunities with targeted clients and guiding them through complex consulting engagements. You will be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl’s largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex business and IT customer solutions and transformations that impact the entire customer ecosystem. As a Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role requires a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization. You will work alongside leadership from a client perspective, from an account team perspective, and from a practice perspective. You will get to know our Cloud Modernization and Migration team and understand their strengths and capabilities. Then you will work with account teams to identify opportunities where our strengths can help clients succeed.
