The Business Insights, Strategy & Planning team supports this mission by surfacing strategic opportunities, optimizing processes, and enabling data-driven decisions. Within that team, the Business Strategy pillar identifies and drives improvements across partner engagement, product operations, and investment planning. You’ll be joining a team that thrives on delivering clarity in complex systems—ensuring our partnerships with OEMs are productive and financially optimized. The Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – OEM Investment & Process Optimization to own and evolve the cross-functional processes that govern how we evaluate, claim, and manage OEM investments—such as Market Development Funds (MDF), promotional incentives, and cost-sharing agreements. This role sits at the center of financial accountability, operational execution, and strategic enablement. You’ll partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, OEM Account Managers, and Legal to drive efficiency, recover value, and ensure a scalable and transparent investment model. Responsibilities

MDF & OEM Investment Process Management Lead process design and governance for tracking, claiming, and auditing OEM funding programs (e.g., MDF, co-marketing incentives, promotional offsets). Collaborate with Finance and Marketing teams to establish SOPs and checkpoints across claim lifecycles. Drive alignment on timelines, documentation requirements, and validation logic for funding recovery. Financial Modeling & Performance Analysis Build financial models to evaluate the ROI of OEM-funded activities and campaign-level investments. Support post-program analysis and performance reporting to maximize reimbursement outcomes. Forecast anticipated OEM support based on seasonal trends, product plans, and historical patterns. Operational Process Optimization Identify gaps or inefficiencies in how OEM funds and promotions flow through internal systems (e.g., from planning to PO to claim). Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Accounting to streamline approval paths and audit compliance. Support tooling, automation, and visibility improvements across the MDF ecosystem. Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the connective tissue between OEM Account Managers, Product Leads, Finance, and third-party partners. Ensure transparency and accountability in OEM funding negotiations and spend alignment. Deliver recurring dashboards or insights that support executive awareness and planning. Qualifications

Required: 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Business Strategy, OEM Program Management, or Operational Analytics. Deep understanding of cost tracking, financial reporting, and promotional investment evaluation. Strong process improvement orientation; capable of driving cross-functional change through systems thinking. Skilled at financial modeling, variance analysis, and ROI measurement. Excellent communicator with experience influencing across Marketing, Finance, and Legal functions. Bachelors degree required. Preferred: Telecom, OEM, or hardware ecosystem background preferred. Experience with MDF lifecycle management or vendor reimbursement workflows. Familiarity with Hyperion, Oracle, Smartview, or other FP&A/reporting tools. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. The actual pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic incentives based on role and performance.
