Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Microsoft Platforms Engineer (365 & SharePoint) to join our team in Washington D.C. Responsibilities

Provide expert technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments Perform high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, and documentation Offer implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems requiring extensive subject matter knowledge Participate as needed in all phases of development, with an emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases Specialize in particular software or business applications utilized in an end-user environment Keep abreast of technological developments and applications to ensure the effective implementation of solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive integration and functionality of systems Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of the Degree) 8 years of experience in Information Technology Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Power Platform Experience supporting SharePoint Experience in client engagement and relationship management Experience in meeting facilitation, coaching, mentorship, and leading a team Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI Bonus Points if you Have

Ability to stay current with technological developments and applications Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven experience as an IT Subject Matter Expert or similar role Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong mentorship and technical guidance skills Security Clearance

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance Compensation and Benefits

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is: $108,400 — $203,400 USD About the Beliefs and Policies
