We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for every candidate and hiring stakeholder. In this role, you’ll manage interview logistics, coordinate across multiple teams, and help keep our recruiting operations running smoothly. You’ll play a vital part in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while supporting process improvements across the board. This is a high-ownership, detail-oriented role for someone passionate about building great teams. Responsibilities
Manage interview logistics and coordinate across multiple teams Support recruiting operations and drive process improvements Deliver an outstanding candidate experience Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or hardware environment Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle many moving parts Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a candidate-first mindset Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information Passion for building great teams and enabling great hiring Benefits & Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer
