I'm working with a top-tier healthcare organization in Brighton, MA that’s actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner with strong experience in adult practice to lead their Occupational Health services. This is a rare opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to serve as the sole provider in a progressive clinical setting that values autonomy, expertise, and leadership. Position Overview : In this role, you'll manage a full spectrum of Occupational Health services including : Pre-employment screening, work-related injuries and exposures Fitness-for-duty evaluations and follow-up care Preventive health measures and periodic employee health checks Clinical leadership, consultative services, and cross-departmental education Active participation in quality improvement and research initiatives You’ll be the primary clinical decision-maker, so confidence and a well-rounded skill set are key. This is ideal for someone ready to step into a high-trust, autonomous environment.
