What You Will Do

Act as the

technical expert

in sales engagements, partnering with Account Executives to understand prospect needs and translate them into tailored solutions using interface.ai’s AI platform. Own and deliver

compelling product demonstrations

that showcase our platform’s business value and technical depth to stakeholders ranging from developers to C-level executives. Lead

technical discovery, objection handling , and guide prospects through the evaluation process, including architecture, integration, and security discussions. Design and execute

Proofs of Concept (PoCs)

that demonstrate real-world applications of interface.ai’s technology in a client-specific context. Support

technical diligence for RFPs/RFIs , providing clear and accurate documentation of product capabilities and best practices. Capture and communicate

market feedback

to Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to inform product roadmap and sales strategy. Collaborate closely with internal teams during post-sale handoff to ensure successful implementation and

seamless onboarding

of new customers. Participate in

key events, webinars, and trade shows , acting as a technical evangelist for interface.ai’s solutions and innovations. What You Will Bring

3+ years

of total technical experience, with at least

2+ years in a Sales Engineering

or Solutions Consulting role for enterprise software. Bachelor's degree or higher in

Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

(required). Solid understanding of

AI/ML technologies, NLP, and SaaS platforms ; familiarity with core banking or financial services software is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to

communicate technical concepts clearly

to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting

complex sales cycles , leading PoCs, and addressing technical objections during enterprise deals. Strong

written and verbal communication skills , including documentation, technical writing, and presentation delivery. Comfortable engaging in

value-driven conversations

with executive stakeholders and adapting messaging across different personas. A proactive,

self-motivated team player

who thrives in high-growth startup environments and adapts quickly to change. Passion for

AI and transforming customer experiences

in the banking industry. Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE) are expected to be between

$120,000 – $160,000
