Overview
We’re working with a rapidly growing fintech company that’s transforming how complex investment data is aggregated and analyzed. They’re seeking a Sr. Accounting Manager to join their corporate finance team and play a critical role in overseeing technical accounting operations and SEC reporting as they continue scaling globally. This is a high-impact leadership role with plenty of upward mobility and exposure to executive leadership. You’ll oversee close processes, enhance internal controls, and support public company financial reporting in a complex multi-entity environment. What You’ll Do
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close procedures Review journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and internal controls Assist with consolidated and statutory financials under US GAAP Support SEC reporting and external audits Advise on the application of technical accounting policies across departments What We’re Looking For
7+ years’ accounting experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and large corporate environments CPA preferred Strong grasp of technical accounting and SEC reporting Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or adjacent tech verticals strongly preferred Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise (NetSuite experience a plus) Proven leadership and cross-functional communication skills Location and Compensation
