What You Will Be Doing

Own one critical domain of our national launch plan: regulatory approvals, onboarding + systems, or financial operations Lead cross-functional execution with complete decision authority and accountability Develop and implement playbooks in real-time where none currently exist Work directly with founders, functional leaders, and campus staff to build launch-ready infrastructure Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate execution and operational efficiency What You Won’t Be Doing

Serving in an advisory capacity—this role demands ownership, not recommendations Navigating organizational layers—you'll have direct access to key decision-makers Managing isolated markets or workstreams—you'll coordinate parallel initiatives across multiple geographies Waiting for direction—you'll establish clarity in ambiguous situations Deferring critical decisions—you'll own the tough calls that drive results Director Of Retail Operations Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver one foundational operational pillar of 2HL's national school launch—executed rapidly, efficiently, and at scale. The ownership is entirely yours and the domain will be aligned with your expertise. Basic Requirements

We're hiring across multiple operational verticals. All positions require speed, clarity, structured thinking, and execution intensity. You Must Bring

Minimum 3 years experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) Demonstrated success owning cross-functional operations in high-stakes, ambiguous environments Clear expertise in at least one area: regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or financial operations at scale Structured thinking with strong execution orientation—capable of implementing plans without supervision U.S. work authorization and availability to travel approximately 1 week per month Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and accelerate delivery About 2 Hour Learning

The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
