Oversee daily operations of multiple agencies providing PT, OT, and Speech Therapy services. Develop and implement regional growth strategies to increase census and market share. Monitor and manage agency budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure excellent patient outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners. Recruit, train, and mentor agency leaders and staff. Analyze operational metrics and implement performance improvement plans. Address and resolve escalated patient and family concerns. Collaborate with corporate and clinical leadership to ensure best practices in care delivery. Lead and conduct weekly Operations Calls and other focus companywide calls as needed. Collect and review weekly reports for all business units. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to achieve company-defined goals and objectives. Review schedules for accuracy, coverage, and staffing requirements. Participate in hiring and termination decisions in coordination with Human Resources. Ensure business units meet budgeted expectations through clinical training, staffing models, and customer relationship management. Ensure facility compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor patient, family, and community relations to minimize grievances and maintain productivity. Demonstrate leadership, flexibility, organization, and composure under pressure. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
A current, valid Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license (preferred) in the state of practice. A BS/BA degree, or equivalent experience in therapy operations. Comprehensive knowledge of home health and therapy operations with a minimum of four (4) years in a multi-facility position. Demonstrated advanced leadership skills and excellent communication abilities with patients, families, and facility staff. Ability to represent the company’s interests and promote its mission, vision, and values. Proficiency in assessing how operational and clinical decisions impact revenue and expenses to meet budgeted goals. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; proven project management abilities. Must be able to read, write, and speak English; willing to travel. Employment type
