Overview
Position: Permanent Salary: $2,500–$2,900 + Allowances Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:45am – 5:30pm Location: South (near Labrador MRT station) Responsibilities
Provide on-site service activities at customer premises, including: Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs) Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on MFPs Update all completed service jobs in CRM and clear parts used in SAP system Handle machine setup (printer driver installation, scanning setup via Email/PC) for newly purchased MFPs Provide administrative support to service team (report updating, collection of payment, ordering of service parts, etc.)
Requirements
GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level, Diploma or equivalent 2 – 5 years’ product management experience in copier, including troubleshooting Class 3 driving license required Good IT knowledge in software Strong technical knowledge in MFP, ECR/POS Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-service oriented, structured, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and make decisions, escalating when necessary How to apply
