Job Responsibilities
Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues.
Perform administrative duties such as report for meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Period
6 months contract
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary
up to $2,900 + 0.5 months completion bonus
Location
Geylang Bahru
Requirements
Applicants need to possess at least a diploma
Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
