Responsibilities
Gathering information and data to identify business requirements and processes with stakeholders. Creation and maintenance of requirements documents and requirements management. Identification of improvement opportunities and support in redesigning the process to improve productivity and efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders, including the project team, to ensure requirements are fully and accurately understood. Manage all testing activities required for system functionalities. Coordinates and administers project schedule/meeting/personnel including logistics such as resource booking. Plans and administers training plan/schedule for users. Plan, organise and carry out change management activities to ensure smooth transition for any new systems, functions or processes. Routine administration functions Any ad hoc duties as assigned Period

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm Salary
Up to $6500 + 1 month completion bonus Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of the implementation of IT systems. Experience in implementing e-procurement solutions will be advantageous. Degree in procurement / project management or IT degree in system administration.
