Women of the Vine & Spirits Overview Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, the preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager of Employee Communications and Engagement to enhance how our employees engage with company news, tools and resources across the organization as part of the Company's Corporate Communications Department. In this role, you will execute Southern Glazer's internal communication strategy to boost employee engagement with digital content. This role requires strategic oversight of internal digital channels, including the new ServiceNow employee portal to enhance employee experience and workflow. Primary Responsibilities Serve as managing editor of the employee portal. Oversee the content lifecycle from strategy, creation to publication and measurement. Ensure content is dynamic, accurate, and engaging and aligns to Southern Glazer's internal communications strategy and business objectives. Develop, maintain and execute content strategy. Direct and oversee the creation of high-quality, impactful content by collaborating with internal content owners and subject matter experts, ensuring consistent voice and brand identity. Create and execute content to support the employee portal and other internal digital channels. Partner with content owners and contributors. Build and foster relationships with key content owners and subject matter experts to ensure content alignment, accuracy, and effectiveness. Establish and execute content governance. Establish processes, templates, and editorial standards. Follow SOPs for content reviews/approvals and ongoing maintenance. Additional Primary Responsibilities Support the employee portal strategic roadmap. Collaborate with technology partners to launch and manage ServiceNow's employee experience portal and long-term product roadmap, including potential future integrations to unify the employee experience on a single platform. Manage internal digital communications channels. Support strategy for new and emerging internal digital channels, including the employee portal, digital signage, live stream and other internal channels. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field, plus 7 - 9 years of digital communications and digital content experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in large-scale digital content operations within a large organization with a focus on reaching diverse, dispersed employee populations. Strong writing, editing, storytelling and content development skills for digital applications. Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics and insights to optimize content performance. Experience with EXP/CMS project management, UX/UI fluency. Experience with digital communication tools and platforms, including mobile communications apps, intranets, and employee engagement platforms such as ServiceNow and SharePoint. Knowledge of MS Office Suite and/or software applications related to job functions. Physical Demands Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor). Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping. May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20 lbs.
