Overview Strive have partnered with a Seed-stage AI startup building an LLM-powered platform revolutionizing how developers and support teams manage documentation, workflows, and end-user experiences. Currently on the hunt for an Account Executive with 2–5+ years of SaaS sales experience, based in San Francisco.

Leadership & Culture

Reporting directly to the CEO – (Former Microsoft engineer)

No existing sales org; huge opportunity to build from zero

Early-stage mindset – Everyone is in office 3x/week near Salesforce Tower

Culture of ownership – Iterative mindset encouraged; freedom to shape scripts, playbooks, and GTM strategy

The Role & Package Details

Hybrid role – SF-based, 3x/week in office

West Coast territory with inbound and outbound opportunities

Deal sizes range from $25K–$60K ARR

Quota-carrying role – Own inbound funnel, SDR motion, and mid-market expansion

Interview Process

2nd screening – CEO

3rd screening – CTO or strategic advisor
