We are seeking a highly motivated

Accounting Associate

to join our General Partner (GP) Accounting team. This role is integral to the firm’s internal financial infrastructure and focuses on the accounting, reporting, and financial operations related to the firm’s general partner entities and management company interests. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, experience in private equity or financial services, and an eagerness to grow within a fast-paced, sophisticated environment. Responsibilities

GP Entity Accounting

— Maintain the books and records for multiple GP and carry vehicle entities. Record equity contributions/distributions and allocations of carried interest and management fees. Track and account for partner capital activity and ownership interests. Carried Interest & Partner Reporting

— Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of carried interest allocation schedules. Support quarterly and annual reporting for firm leadership and senior investment professionals. Coordinate the preparation of K-1s and related tax reporting with the Tax team. Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Assist in year-end audits, working closely with external auditors and internal teams. Operational Support

— Collaborate with Legal, Investor Relations, and Fund Accounting to support new fund launches and restructurings. Support ad-hoc analyses and projects related to partner economics, compensation modeling, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CPA track preferred). 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within private equity, asset management, Big Four, or financial services. Solid understanding of GAAP and partnership accounting principles. Strong proficiency in Excel Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Seniority level
