Overview We are seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Santa Monica. In this role, you will be a key partner in driving strategic business decisions by leading financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. We need someone who is not only analytically sharp and detail-oriented but also an excellent communicator and a collaborative team member ready to grow with us.
Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Decisions:
Leverage large datasets to build sophisticated financial models and forecasts that directly inform and influence business strategy.
Elevate Financial Insight:
Transform raw data into clear, actionable performance reports that empower leadership to make informed decisions.
Strengthen Partnerships:
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to business units, translating complex financial data into understandable business outcomes.
Enhance Efficiency:
Innovate and streamline financial processes to ensure data integrity and optimize monthly reporting cycles.
Qualifications
5+ years in a Financial Analyst or FP&A role.
Bachelor's degree in a finance-related discipline.
Advanced Excel skills and a strong foundation in financial modeling.
Proven ability to conduct performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with SAP and Tableau or other ERP and BI tools.
Fluency in Korean (written and verbal).
CFA or CPA designation.
