We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with AI networking switch architecture and configurations, along with a deep understanding of optical transceivers on switches. This role involves supporting customers with 800G and 1.6T optical transceivers on 51.2T and beyond switches. Key Responsibilities

Provide expert support for 51.2T and beyond switch configurations, with a focus on 800G and 1.6T optical transceivers. Serve as the technical support manager, supporting customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI networking switches and optical transceivers. Conduct customer demos and provide hands-on support for switch configurations. Collaborate with multifunctional teams including optical, software, hardware, mechanical, and thermal. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI networking and optical transceivers. Required Qualifications

Bachelor or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Deep understanding of optical transceivers on switches. Extensive hands-on experience with DSP, optical transceiver configuration and debugging. Strong familiarity with AI networking switch architecture and configurations. Experience working with 800G transceivers and 51.2T switches is a plus. Preferably has working experience with leading optical transceiver companies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills. Benefits
