This is a leadership-focused position offering the opportunity to guide high-rise and complex MEP projects, manage engineering teams, and drive client strategy. The engineer will play a key role in shaping energy-efficient solutions, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality designs on schedule. Responsibilities
Lead HVAC design on large-scale, complex projects Supervise and mentor junior engineers Conduct energy and system efficiency analyses Represent the firm in client meetings and project strategy sessions Ensure compliance with codes, sustainability, and industry standards Qualifications
9+ years of HVAC design experience (high-rise and VRF systems required) Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Carrier HAP/Trane Trace, and Energy Gauge EIT or PE license highly preferred Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field required EIT or PE credential preferred Benefits
