A high-growth, venture-backed technology company is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Vice President of Finance to help lead our capital strategy and scale our finance function.
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
Position Vice President of Finance
Location:
Flexible (Denver HQ, or Relocation Welcome)
The role partners directly with the executive team and board to shape the company\'s financial future, lead capital markets strategy, and oversee cross-functional finance operations including FP&A, fundraising, investor relations, and financial systems.
What You\'ll Do
Own strategic finance initiatives including capital raises, investor materials, and financial storytelling
Lead financial planning & analysis, reporting, forecasting, and KPI development
Partner with product, operations, and executive leadership on financial strategy
Build and mentor a lean, high-performing finance team
Interface with investors, lenders, and board members
Build from scratch—processes, dashboards, and insights
What We\'re Looking For
5-12 years of total experience
4+ years in investment banking and/or private equity/venture capital
Hands-on experience leading capital raises and financial strategy in a startup or growth-stage company
Ability to work cross-functionally and operate with urgency and ownership
Strong communication and modeling skills
Tech/startup orientation strongly preferred
Compensation $150K - $225K base + equity + benefits
