HIRECLOUT We’re seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own the systems, processes, and reporting that fuel revenue growth in a high-growth SaaS environment. You’ll work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to improve efficiency, drive visibility, and support scale in Boston. What You’ll Do
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts Define and track KPIs across the revenue funnel (pipeline health, onboarding velocity, retention) Manage and optimize CRM and revenue tools (HubSpot or similar) Partner with leadership on quota models, territory planning, and compensation structures Ensure pipeline hygiene, lead routing, and data quality Lead process improvements and change management initiatives Create documentation and best practices to support scale What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or similar role (SaaS/tech experience preferred) Strong CRM and analytics skills Proven experience building forecasts, dashboards, and workflows Data-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Why Join
