Senior Product Manager, Home Loans Growth We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join SoFi’s Home Loans team and lead the pre-application experience for new members. This role will be responsible for optimizing the top of the Home Loans funnel from landing pages through to application start. You will own a high-impact area with strong business visibility, working at the intersection of growth, product, and member experience.

Your mission will be to help new and existing SoFi members discover, explore, and begin their journey toward homeownership with SoFi. That includes building smart, personalized, and high-converting experiences for both first-time visitors and existing members, and using experimentation, data, and customer insights to continually iterate and improve.

This is a hands-on, full-stack PM role. You’ll partner with a dedicated engineering team, designer, growth marketers, data scientists, and many others to deliver measurable business impact and delightful member experiences. You’ll lead independently, own key metrics, and help shape the strategy for Home Loans growth at SoFi.

What You’ll Do

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the top‑of‑funnel Home Loans experience, from landing page to application start.

Define and track key success metrics, including Home Loans web → Quality Start conversion, Home Loans share among SoFi members, and cross-sell to other SoFi products.

Develop and launch high‑impact experiments to drive funnel optimization, conversion uplift, and better member engagement.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, compliance, capital markets, and operations to execute on growth plans.

Partner closely with Design and Engineering to create intuitive, performant, and responsive web/mobile experiences.

Use data and user research to deeply understand borrower needs, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly.

Help existing SoFi members discover Home Loans while also acquiring net-new SoFi members.

Champion SoFi’s values, especially Iterate, Learn, Innovate, in day‑to‑day work.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field.

3+ years of product management or growth product experience.

Track record of driving meaningful business outcomes through data‑driven product development.

Experience launching and optimizing growth experiences at scale.

Ability to work independently, own KPIs, and communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas, insights, and results to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Deep empathy for customers and a desire to help people achieve their financial goals.

Nice to Have

Experience in mortgage, lending, or consumer fintech.

Background in growth product management, funnel optimization, or A/B testing.

Familiarity with marketing platforms or analytics stacks (e.g., GA, Amplitude, Optimizely).

Prior work on personalized landing pages, rate tools, or pricing calculators.

Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Iterable).
