Do you thrive in a behind-the-scenes role where your organization and attention to detail help others shine? We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who loves supporting others, keeping things running smoothly, and making a big impact without being in the spotlight. In this role, you’ll manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, handle travel logistics, and provide both professional and personal support to ensure their focus stays on what matters most. You’ll also partner with senior leaders to prepare agendas, coordinate materials, and make sure meetings are efficient and productive. Pay to increase based upon applicable experience. What You’ll Do

Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for the CEO (and senior leaders as needed). Handle correspondence, organize priorities, and keep follow-ups on track. Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and materials. Support personal assistant duties for the CEO (e.g., bills, travel, household coordination). Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all matters. What We’re Looking For

Proven success managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strength in

Microsoft Outlook and Excel , with proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills and professional discretion. Experience in meeting and travel coordination.
