Overview
Heathers Manor, a Transforming Age Community located in Crystal, MN, is looking for our next Executive Director to join the team. We are looking for a passionate leader with impeccable Sales and Marketing experience to help our community grow and thrive. Our Executive Directors provide leadership for the Community and its staff, supervise and guide Arbordale community team members, implement programs and services for residents developed in tandem with Regional and Corporate staff, and ensure the Community follows regulatory standards. They implement and execute a robust Sales and Marketing plan to drive census and direct the management team to ensure the success of the Community while maintaining high levels of resident and family satisfaction and positive relationships with the professional community. They facilitate open communication with staff and peers, maintain confidentiality of employee and resident records, lead all areas of operations to meet financial and budgetary objectives, oversee marketing and sales activities and results, operate the Community in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensure safety and security of residents and staff, oversee OSHA and Safety guidelines, work with a not-for-profit board of directors, and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility. Additional duties as assigned. What You Need To Succeed
B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. If applicable, must hold a Licensed Assisted Living Director/LALD, RCFE, or equivalent designation (dependent on state/local guidelines for role). Three years or more of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living facility (IL/AL/MC/CCRC). Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living experience preferred, but not required. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community. Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. May require CPR/First Aid certification per state/local guidelines. Completion of a background check, drug screening, and depending on state/local guidelines, may be required to complete additional pre-employment tasks such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test.
