We are looking for a passionate leader with impeccable Sales and Marketing experience to help our community grow and thrive! Please visit https://transformingage.org/community/the-arbordale/ to learn more about this incredible community.**Our Executive Directors:*** Provide leadership for the Community and its staff.* Supervise and guide Arbordale community team members.* Implement programs and services for residents that are developed in tandem with Regional and Corporate staff members.* Ensure Community is following regulatory standards.* Implement and execute a robust Sales and Marketing plan to drive census.* Direct the management team to ensure the success of the Community including the following:* Work with residents, family and responsible parties to achieve a high level of satisfaction.* Maintain a positive relationship with the professional community.* Facilitate open communication with staff and peers.* Maintain confidentiality of employee and resident records as appropriate.* Lead all areas of operations meeting all financial and budgetary objectives.* Maintain oversight of all marketing and sales activities and results.* Operate the Community in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.* Oversee implementation of OSHA and Safety guidelines.* Work with a not-for-profit board of directors* Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.* Perform Other duties as assigned.**What you need to succeed:*** B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.* If applicable, must hold an Licensed Assisted Living Director/LALD, RCFE, or equivalent designation (dependent on state/local guidelines for role).* Three years or more of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living facility (IL/AL/MC/CCRC)* Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living experience preferred, but not required.* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills* Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community.* Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* May require CPR/First Aid certification per state/local guidelines.* Completion of a background check, drug screening, and depending on state/local guidelines, may be required to complete additional pre-employment tasks such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test.**Physical Requirements:*** May occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
