CRM Senior Solutions Architect
to join our technology team and play a key role in driving digital transformation. In this senior-level position, youell be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery of high-quality CRM applications. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure, and sustainable CRM solutions. Responsibilities
Architect, design, and deliver Salesforce solutions to meet business and technical requirements. Lead development teams, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices. Provide hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, APIs, Integrations). Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps. Establish and maintain CRM development standards, governance, and solution patterns. Provide Tier-3 production support and participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents. Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases, AppExchange tools, and integration best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce). Strong programming experience (JavaScript, Apex, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with CRM architecture, integrations, and platform management. Knowledge of SDLC best practices: version control, TDD, CI/CD, automation. Experience with Agile methodologies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills
Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, Architect). Prior experience in higher education environments. Familiarity with AppExchange solutions and Salesforce integration tools. Job Details
