College/University Degree, 7+ years in retail or boutique management, preferably luxury. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physically able to meet role demands (standing, lifting up to 10 lbs). Professional, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
