$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Job Summary RéVive Skincare, a leading luxury American skincare brand rooted in groundbreaking biotechnology, seeks a dynamic Director of Boutique Channel to elevate our presence in high-end specialty retail. This role will define and execute the boutique channel strategy, ensuring alignment with RéVive’s premium positioning while driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand desirability. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overarching boutique channel strategy, including market positioning, competitive analysis, and target client profiling, to reinforce RéVive’s unique value proposition (UVP) in luxury beauty retail. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adapt strategies that enhance boutique performance and exclusivity. Ensure channel initiatives align with corporate objectives and brand ethos. Sales & Operational Excellence Establish a robust boutique operations framework, setting clear KPIs (e.g., sell-through, ASP, client retention) and annual sales targets. Design data-driven sales strategies, incentive programs, and CRM initiatives to maximize revenue and market share. Oversee boutique merchandising, inventory planning, and promotional campaigns to uphold brand prestige. Build and mentor a high-performing boutique team through structured training in product expertise (e.g., Nobel Prize-linked technologies), consultative selling, and clienteling. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster talent pipelines to support career growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing to create tailored boutique activations (e.g., trunk shows, VIP masterclasses) and omnichannel campaigns that amplify brand awareness and desirability. Liaise with Visual Merchandising to ensure boutique aesthetics reflect RéVive’s luxury DNA. Qualifications & Requirements Experience 8+ years in luxury beauty/fashion retail, with 5+ years focused on boutique channel management (e.g., high-end department stores, specialty retailers). Proven track record in boutique BD, sales strategy, and P&L management within the cosmetics industry. Deep understanding of ultra-premium skincare clientele and HNWI engagement tactics. Strategic Vision: Global mindset with ability to anticipate luxury market shifts. Operational Rigor: Expertise in boutique retail KPIs, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and inventory optimization.
