This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in New York, NY. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities also include general administration, financial management, marketing activities, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The goal is to provide excellent dining experiences and foster a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management and customer service Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of inventory management and supplier relations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Experience in marketing and promotion of restaurant services Strong understanding of health and safety regulations Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Experience in Japanese cuisine or cultural understanding is a plus Seniority level
