LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an outstanding, mid-size law firm in Minneapolis, MN, in their search for a Litigation Associate to support its employee benefits practice. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload, appearing in federal/state courts and administrative hearings, and handling all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, and judgment enforcement. Key Responsibilities: Represent benefit plans in ERISA-related disputes Draft motions, manage deadlines, and conduct discovery Appear in court and administrative proceedings Enforce judgments and respond to subpoenas Perform legal research and write client communications Qualifications: JD from ABA-accredited law school Licensed in Minnesota or eligible for prompt admission 2+ years of litigation experience (state/federal) Strong research, writing, and case management skills Familiarity with civil procedure rules Compensation:
Salary range: $175,000–$190,000 Benefits:
