Performs a variety of ultrasound procedures using required ACR standards. Assists the Radiologist with invasive procedures when required. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound image acquisition. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of EPIC and PACS workflow. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program Provides evidence of continuing education as required to maintain certification Current ARDMS and CPR certification At least two years as a diagnostic technologist/sonographer preferred, but not required Strong prioritization and triage skills are necessary to maintain a smooth workflow Proficiency in scanning general, vascular, upper and lower extremity venous Doppler, as well as some pediatric exams, is also required. Schedule
Shift: We are currently looking for PRN help on an as needed basis on days, evenings and some weekends. Weekends are 7a-3:30p or 11a-7:30p Weekdays are Monday through Friday 11:30a-8p or 3p-11:30p. 1 call shift is required per month and would need to participate in holiday rotation. Candidate must be reliable & able to work independently. Salary
Salary Range: Minimum 54.00/hour - Maximum 54.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
