Our Electrical Hardware Technical Program Management team is seeking a proactive
Purchasing Analyst
to manage material readiness/clear-to-build (CTB), PR/PO management, and reports that will be used by engineering and purchasing stakeholders to assess build status and risks to meet ECU delivery requirements. Responsibilities
Create high volume of essential purchase requisitions and purchase orders Responsible for ensuring that requisitions are completed accurately and meet corporateguidelines Interact with management and departmental stakeholders to meet project goals Manage supplier relationships and lead negotiations to obtain more desirable purchaseprices Perform detailed analysis of data to identify areas of opportunity for cost reductions Create and maintain dashboards to provide visibility to upper management on varioustopics and issues Identify potential suppliers which will improve the overall competitiveness of Rivian'ssupply chain Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while effectively prioritizing competingdemands. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience Experience with ERP systems and purchase order processing Purchasing Analysis to manage material readiness/clear-to-build (CTB), PR/PO management Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of Excel Effective communication skills and customer service approach Action-oriented and solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment Highly accurate and detail-oriented
